Refund Policy

You may return any new and unused stock to us within 14 working days. You must accept full responsibility for post and packing of returned items.

Items are to be returned at customers expense except for specially ordered wallpapers or tinted products. These are non returnable unless faulty.

Please note many paint items are custom bespoke tinted ( not ready made colours) and are therefore not returnable or cannot be cancelled once tinted.

If there is any possibility you might want to cancel or return item because of its colour please email us first to confirm if the product and colour you are ordering is custom tinted and try to satisfy yourself the colour is correct via the manufacturers colour card or ordering a smaller sample first.

It is the customers responsibility to confirm and decide by emailing us before ordering whether the item is tinted and therefore understand once ordered and tinted items cannot be cancelled returned or refunded as they are classed as customer bespoke items.

Please understand there are literally thousands of colours and if tinted we may not be able to resell.
